MA VOAD Winter Storm Disaster Relief Report

MASSACHUSETTS – Below are the reports Massachusetts Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (MA VOAD) received back from its member organizations on people being helped with the Winter Storms. This included actions such as snow and tree removal to roof repair. Elderly and disabled citizens or those without insurance were those more frequently assisted.

As you can see from the reports below, thousands or man hours went into assisting hundreds of people in need. We are certain that a lot more help was also done by MA VOAD members who did not yet report back.

Thank you to all the Massachusetts Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster members, associate members and their volunteers who helped others to survive better in this past harsh Winter.

Sincerely, Mass. VOAD Board
